Who We Are
Facilities management is defined as the management and maintenance of an organization's buildings and equipment. At Nexus, we provide a FM package in which we first listen to the customer's requirements. Based on these requirements we formulate a strategy which will increase productivity and make the customer's organization more efficient.
When we undertake a project, we aim to understand the current issues being faced by the organization. We then present solutions for such issues. Nexus does not only deal with an organizations existing issues, we also aim to identify potential issues the organization may face in the future.
Once such issues have been identified, we produce reports to inform the customer of the impact these issues could have on their organization. These reports detail the effect these issues will have, how we can minimize their impact and also how we can prevent their impact altogether.
