Gainem Ltd owns 9 retail units and the company were looking for a facilities management company to look after the day to day running of the retail center.

The Project

During our initial meeting, Gainem Ltd informed us that they required us to be the main point of contact for the existing tenants. This included dealing with any problems that tenants may have. The client also tasked us with finding tenants for the vacant units.

Our Solution

We first visited the center to speak to each tenant individually and request feedback regarding their experiences. Based on this feedback, we produced a report which detailed this feedback. We discussed the findings of this report with Gainem Ltd and then formulated a plan to deal with the issues identified in the report.
